Eurocharged Canada is getting 451 awhp out of the 2020 C118 Mercedes-AMG CLA45

The Mercedes-AMG M139 is a powerhouse a of a motor and as you well know the most powerful four-cylinder engine in production today with a horsepower rating of 416 in the S version. For whatever reason, the USA only gets the standard 382 horsepower CLA45.

No matter, Mercedes-AMG is underrating it quite a bit as the 379 awhp baseline shows:

To be far that baseline is with catless downpipes but however you slice it Mercedes-AMG is giving you more power than they are letting on.

They are also leaving quite a bit no the table as Eurocharged Canada picked up 72 horsepower at all four wheels with a pump gas tune. The torque gain is even larger at 118 lb-ft at the wheels and the torque curve holds well to redline.

With all wheel and an 8-speed dual clutch transmission a tune only CLA45 will embarrass a lot of unsuspecting cars.
