Can already see it being set up. After the investigation is complete as to why Brawn allowed in season tyre testing with a 2013 spec car:

Mercedes will get a fine and they will have constructor points taken away;

Pirelli will get a slap on the wrist - cant do anymore as they have not signed on to supply tyres for 2014 and no other manufacturer has given any interest; and,

As part of and agreement with the FIA and Merc, Ross will resign.

I hope i am wrong as it is sad to see that perhaps one of best team principals could get the sack.
