    Well I am glad he was able to break the 10 minute time before the pave the entire road.

    A project to pave the remainder of the road is scheduled to be completed by 2012. The project is in response to a suit by the Sierra Club over damage caused by the gravel and sediment that is constantly washed off the road into the alpine environment. The road remains open during construction.
