Good write up and thanks for posting. It was a good event and the rwd cars like my 996 had a hard time with traction. It was hard to warm them (tires) up in such a short distance. This was one of the only races that I was able to hook. We started from 65mph. We trapped 167mph in this run.

Are you sharing specs on your car or not at this time?

The reason I ask is this UGR R8 is supposed to be 1700+ whp capable and as I understand it you are somewhere in the low 1000 range.

Sure, as far as I know this R8 is a stage 3 car (1250hp). My car (Porsche 3.8L) makes about 1100rwhp.
