HRE C90 CL GT3 Ceramic Coated Barrels Black

Made the barrel black as well. I feel like I need to smoke the front lights and get a tint now. Also maybe paint the wing black? and side mirrors?

Well ya, definitely a tint now.

Wish you didn't do the barrels ans it hides the step but hey, your choice. Definitely smoke the lights as well if you are trying to give it that aggressive look.

i would only smoke the tail lights. its a fun DIY. i used a spray called, VHT night shades.
just remove them and mask the clear part with painters tape and trim the shape with a fresh razor.
tints for sure, maybe the wing, side mirrors and front grills.

if you want to do the front lights, fogs and side markers, I'd use film for that. but not dark.

i like the all black wheels.

edit. actually, i think i'd black out the headlamp housings with paint. you'd have to put them in an oven and bake them though.

ive found that a reputable bodyshop can smoke them and do it a helluva lot better than spray tint in a can.

Mix some gloss black and clear in a 1/10 parts or 2/10 parts..more black the darker it gets.

My thing is that with all the bright lights and LEDs and Xenons these days...i get spoiled driving at night with all this good lighting..why would you want to mess it up??

Im lucky the euro halogens in the E28 cast a really good wide beam pattern compared to the dinky USDM headlights../
