There is no V8 R8 on the market currently. With the second generation car Audi only offers the naturally aspirated V10. That means first generation 4.2 FSI V8 powered R8's are the best value in the R8 market but what do you do about the performance difference with the V10?

Well, make it a non-issue with forced induction. TTS-Performance in the UK offers a supercharger system with twin Rotrex blowers.

They limit boost to 15 psi on the stock internals which is a ton anyway:
